Email support@teeslugger.com and include your phone model, the TeeSlugger device name, and what you were doing when the problem started.

Using the app

The phone needs Bluetooth turned on, and it has to be near the TeeSlugger.
On iOS, allow Bluetooth when the system asks.
On Android 12 and later, allow Nearby devices. On Android 10 and 11, allow location. That permission is only so the phone can scan for Bluetooth devices.
There is no account to create or delete.
